How often should I train ?
Three times each week should be sufficient for you to start feeling and seeing results. Although, like anything, you will get more out of it if you put more in. Whether you work out with Me/your Trainer every time is up to you, how motivated you are, how often you can afford to train, and what you schedule is like every week.
Do I need to require a doctor's certificate ?
When going through the initial consultation I will gather enough information from you to determine if you will require a letter from the doctor stating it is safe for you to exercise. This can depend on your recent fitness and exercise programs (or lack of), health, lifestyle, medical conditions and/or past injuries that could put your body at risk. If you are under the care of a doctor for any reason or if you are over 40, and starting exercise for the first time, I will ask you to see your doctor to obtain their clearance first.
What if I have a previous injury ?
Your previous health and injury concerns are something that will be discussed at consultation. If the injury still affects exercise we would tailor your training program to ensure you can exercise safely and effectively whilst still rehabilitating the the injured area.
What happens if I can’t come and want to cancel my session?
I have a 24 hour cancellation fee. I also advise to be on time as the training session will start from the time scheduled not the time you arrive.

Anyone who is serious about bettering themselves, from complete beginners to seasoned professionals would benefit for working with a personal trainer.
